Privacy, Right to know, and other court driven rights should be defined by the legislative process. In time, court decisions can be changed and reversed, and are only DECISIONS – and are open to a wide range of interpretations. I also dislike the idea of a llarge amount of power residing in the govermental athority that I have the least control over. I say kick the legislatures into gear – If there is something you are concerned about – let them know the price of inaction on thier part…
