Not fat is the goal. More accurately, not flabby. 200 is a nice benchmark, but I'm more or less convinced that I'll just keep paring down until I'm happy. Not really sure when that will be, but I do plan to start swimming again relatively soon.

There are no befores per se, but there are plenty of pics about of the bigger Bhagwan. I have a plan for how to show the weight loss, by using old clothes. Somewhat soon, I'm for thinking.

Process started immediatly after I bought new pairs of 42 waist jeans, and a belt that barely fit. The "first" goal was to hit the end of the belt, which I did a few months ago. I've since put two additional stops in, and am comfortably wearing the second one. (so, nine belt sizes down)

The 32/34s that fit very snug three weeks ago and then were given back will probably fit now, although I have one 34/34 set of khakis and a pair of 34 waist shorts that fit differently. The 36's I'm wearing now are quite loose, and it makes me sad, becuase they're really cool. Probably buying at least one more pair of pants on Friday, since I have nothing in Black save for dress-up clothes (also too large, but htey can be altered down by the folks what sold them to me.)
