To Whom it may concern...

This is important, so pay attention. On this site are images, links, and material based on, taken from, or directly relating to properties and trademarks held by others. This site is for my personal use, and for those of my friends and associates who choose to explore it.

It is NOT for profit, and is not intended as a commercial venture. It costs me money, but you won't see me passing around a hat (unless, of course, you want to go to a baseball game). And except as noted below, it's Mine. All Mine. If you feel like ripping it off, go ahead. But we will find you. Count on it. And then we'll laugh at your pathetic life, that you must steal from someone who has little-to-no idea of what goes into good web design. Nice job, braniac.

If your material is presented on/in/by my pages, and you wish to recieve recognition for it, please let me know as soon as possible so that you may be properly credited here. Similarly, if you feel the content of this site degrades, impugns, or harms your property in any way, let me know about it, so that I can take appropriate action.

I'd like to thank the Academy, and all of the fine people I've worked with on this and other projects.

Everything of value I ever learned about writing, editing, and producing documents for publication came from the friends and colleagues I worked with at TSR/WotC/Hasbro, AEG, and Last Unicorn Games. You know who you are. I'm proud to have had my name associated with yours, especially when I made my hobby a career. A great number of the games presented or talked about on this site are owned, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise held by those companies. I make no proprietary claim to them, even the ones I worked on or wrote. I read the contracts when I signed them, I've been very well compensated for my efforts over the years. I'd do it again tomorrow.

A huge shout out goes to the folks at the Acaeum, whose tremendous efforts to catalog and list all of the gaming products of my youth were a great help in constructing my gaming pages, and most of the cover scans you see here are used by their permission (pending).

Go there right now. Don't delay. Really, I mean it.

There are a lot of Book covers. Wherever possible, I have credited the artist for the images. They do not belong to me, and I claim no ownership of them whatsoever.

The same goes for the Monkeys, but I can't see how it matters.

I paid for, consumed, or was given all of the drinks. Try getting those back,I dare you.

Puck got the ball rolling, and I couldn't even have started this project without his help and encouragement. Forget all that book learning; experience, hard work, and shortcuts are what it is all about.

I do NOT thank Al Gore. I do thank the hard working tech pioneers who just wanted things to work better. That's why there is an internet. Blue collar workers, sweating away in rooms with bad lighting, uncomfortable chairs, and salaries barely above those they could make pushing papers at an insurance company. The most important people on the net are those you'll never hear about. But if you are reading this, thank you very, very much.
