And falling fast.

The Mariners suck so bad, they may not need to pressurize the plane on their trip hope from Chicago.

Where I’m sure, despite their best efforts, they’ll lose another 3 games.

Anybody remember three years ago, when the mariners couldn’t lose on the road? Well, the same guys (for the most part) are stinking up the joint this year.

And most of them have No Trade clauses.

It’s funny to watch what happens when two of the best defensive players in baseball are not so politely shown the door. Their (the two) new teams are in first place, and the Mariners are third runners-up.

It’s funny to watch talented, hard working minor leaguers bust up against the MLBPA ceiling, because the horrendously overpaid, rapidly aging, not-seeing-the-ball, hacking-away-at-crap “veterans” are playing like Low-A kids. Who, of course, won’t sit out, or retire.

Wait. the Mariners’ low A team is doing very well. Winning, you might say.

The opposite of Losing.

I remain, and will continue to be, a Mariners fan. But I’m really, really glad that my Padres are having a hell of a year.

I think they need a link. >POP< There. There it is. Note the difference in standings. I certainly will be.
