Like a Weekend

Hey, tired for the millionth time.

Today, I get to attend a party attended by my ex. What fun. We’re both grownups, but I expect a complicating scene of some sort, and am deciding just how drunk to be when that time rolls around.

It’s a delicate balance. I suspect I will get a bit more melancholy than usual, and very little of it has to do with her. Geordi, I’d like to remove my emotion chip now, thank you.

Tomorrow, I have Strand’s ticket for the ball game available, as he will be out of town with the lady Myra. If you are at all interested in seeing two potential Hall of Famers on the diamond (even if you are there to boo one of them) let me know soonest.
