A few weeks ago, I posted that I last weighed 245 lbs in 1994. After review of my 1996 drivers liscence I now rescind that statment.

For 1996 was 228 lbs, the most I had ever weighed.

I was “stocky” in 1996.

I think I’m going to keep going, possibly back to 1990 (190 lbs)

One direction I will never go again is 2002

I’ve put my “starting” point at 288 on April 10, 2006. I was not stocky on April 10. I was fat.

I have no picture of this. Looking at 2002 again, I don’t want one. However, I have something a little better.

It was tight. And new, since I had just bought three pair of new jeans, each with a 42 waist.

It’s not tight now.

249 and falling, from 253 to start the week. Two holes to go, and I have never looked forward to clothes shopping more in my life.

Anyone need three pairs of relatively new jeans?

P.S. 2006 and 1990 have something else in common besides me. No beer. 1996 was year three of the cabinet. 4 hours after that photo was taken, we had loaded three bicycles, one gas grill, 20 pounds of choice beef, and many, many bottles of beer into a truck and driven up into the pass for a convention. Good times.
