Screw the 230 lbs and 38 inch waist.

And no ambivalence. In fact, I’m a little bit taller. I highly recommend you see your chiropractor soon. Or, if you are in Seattle/Bellevue, seeing mine.

But fine, 230 with a bullet is pretty freaking cool as well. Now to maintain that through the weekend, and somehow remain hydrated properly over a week of vacation. My first, mind you, in nearly 2 years. The constant sickness and occasional long weekend do not count, this is 10 days of Me-time.

Somehow, the last two values have increased since I started dong this comparison. I blame the EXTRA INCH OF HEIGHT.Since it’s right around my goal weight, I really don’t mind. but it makes me feel a little better about stopping in two cycles, with a follow up scheduled for late September.

Poker tonight, provided I take a nap this afternoon. Seattle Storm Basketball tomorrow, and possible Mariners on Sunday, depending on the outcome of tonight. Money is somewhat tight until the 11th. But I have worked it out so that both paychecks this month have no major bills associated with them. I see a new bicycle in my future, as well as some minor bills heading to the dustbin.

And food, glorious food. Next week I’ll post the day’s menus, and a more general progress. We’re in the home stretch now, with 215 by Labor Day in sight.
