Back in time
So I just woke up. It’s 4:20 something, on a Saturday Morning. There are some things about my life right now I’d like to share.
Yesterday, I ate the following, after weighing in at 223.5 lbs.
Breakfast: Two small Odwalla Smoothies (210 calories each), one Starbucks sausage breakfast sandwich (~410 calories, with cheese, fat, bread, and yummy taste).
Lunch: A heaping helping of barbequed cow, about 1/2 cup potato salad, two small brownies, one delicious cookie, one sip of atrocious cider (lots and lots of calories)
Supper: 1 Subway 6 inch teriyaki chicken, on roasted garlic bread (~370 calories)
Dinner: a HUUUUGE plate of mixed greed salad with a tasty rasberry vinagrette (80 calories), 1/2 pint haagen Daz Blueberry cheesecake Ice cream (~450 calories)
Most of a box of DayQuil.
That’s really more food than I’ve eaten in a long time. I also walked about 10 miles, through various errands, and really becuase I felt like it.
I woke up this morning very hungry. A quick check of bodily function shows that I am NOT dehydrated.
I weigh in at 221.5 lbs
DayQuil is an amazing drug. Think I’ll go eat another box of it today.
There’s a reason I don’t do drugs. This is pretty much it. But this weekend, I’m going to be taking as much over the counter amphetamines as I can stomach. For I’d like to breathe sometime soon, and really, I can’t see any drawback, since I am rested for the first time in forever.
For those keeping track, the last time I felt like this was late 1992. Mind you, I weighed 180 lbs then, but every other symptom tracks. Save for the constant intoxication, and massive depression. Don’t have those anymore for some reason.
