No catchy title
It’s good to know that the plan will actually work when I’m sick. My Summer Malady shut the body down a lot, and I stayed more or less even.
After yesterday’s very hungry regimen of Fruit and Vegetables, this morning reveals a dehydrated 205. Since at least one more pair of pants is coming this weekend, I take this as a more or less good thing.
Still look more or less the same, though. go figure. I don’t think I’m losing lean muscle mass, but the “tale of the tape” will reveal all.
No fruit on today’s menu at all, but there are vegetables. The weekend has all sorts of happymaking food, including back-to-back Roast beef sandwich days.
Yay me.
