Touchdown

Okay, perhaps being sick has something to do with it, but for October, I got great results the first week, and none the second. Perhaps the lack of results was a result in and of itself, but this week there was no corresponding drop in inches.

There are, however, pictures. 204 with a bullet today, after a week with lots of sandwiches, pasta and cottage cheese. The veggie version calls to me, and I’ve more or less talked myself into it. It may involve me purchasing a blender this weekend, but I’ll know in a few hours if that’s the route I want to go.

But after this weekend, in which I plan to eat MEAT. There will probably be some wine as well.

On to the show.

And that ain’t half bad. I have a free month of gym membership, which includes a lap pool. I do beleive I’ll be making use of it, but I need to examine the facilities first. If I decide to bite on it, I may push off the next cycle, and just work out obsessively.
