So I did a little drunken posting on the intarwebs this weekend. Here it is.

Beleive it or not, I have managed to stick to day 5 of the plan very well, through a day of rtravel and other wackiness

Of course, the odds of me finding cottage cheese in a hotel, in Portland, while drinking, are remarkably low.

P.S. there is a free interenet connection here in the hospitality suite. Expect much in the way of drunken posting and fun as the weekend goes on.

So, here I am with [info]scifigal, posting drunk on teh intarwebs.

In fact, I have been making people drunk for a few hours, and I am quite happy about this.

Oddly enough, I feel Fine. there were amny, many drinks, and I’ve not seen any of them again. I have a vague memory of loaning someone $20, and sooner or later I’ll figure out who it was.

But the important part was that I SLEPT. Got up at 6:30 like everymorning, then 8:30, and then Noon. But sleep was the filler between those slices of consciosness, and a good thing too, since the start of hte process was 5 ish.

Didn’t work out today, although I may go for a few laps in an hour or so. The poool should be relatively uninhabited in the afternoon, as opposed to last night’s marathon session of Marco Polo, which made it a littl ehard to excercise

oh, and IF INALLY found a copy of Russian Rails. Now my collection is complete, and I’ll probably play it at least once this weekend. For those not nearly as geeky as I, Mayfair games makes a series of very fun, very challenging games regadring the rise of rail travel in various cultures.

Including a fantasy land with Orcs and elves, and on the moon.

But the best part is the crayons.

More later. tonoght is the Big Game, wherein USC will kick the living hell out of Cal. Doing so will all but secure their berth in the championship game, because Michigan and Ohio State are squaring off as I type.
