So get this

Yesterday, I cooked an omelet with peppers and chicken, had a giant burger with cheese and trimmings, ate a bag of chips, and rounded out the evening with a leisurely plate of lasagna and a cheesy breadstick.

Going the other way, I did 60 situps, walked a mile, stretched and danced for about 15 minutes, walked another mile, walked a mile, walked another mile then did 100 situps.

I lost two lbs. And most of the day involved me sitting on my ass in front of various computer screens and in busses. Total workout time was less than 20 minutes, and I can do a mile in a little under 12. That 4 miles was about average for me over the last few years, nothing special. I’ll probably only do three today.

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m enjoying the hell out of this.

Yesterday I even left work at the 11 hour mark, and I’m taking the slow ride in this morning. last night I figured out my proximate debt ( those I feel liable to pay, and can achieve within 6 months), and it’s a lot less than I had thought. For a guy that considered filing in the last few months, that’s not so bad. Two of my largest commitments are more or less complete, and 2007 seems to be looking up.

For a lonely, single guy, that is.

Fuck it. Who wants pie? Because I sure as hell do.
