Hurts…so…good
Not really a hurt so much, as a nice feeling of work accomplished. Yesterday’s plan got me to 425, I stopped when I started cooking last night’s most excellent repast.
Mmmm, fajitas. Just as tasty today as they were last night.
Going through today, I’ve had this fantastic feeling of health. I can feel the changes in my body, and they’re ones I want. And it’s getting easier as I go, which is an even better feeling. I went from 50 an hour nearly wiping me out in the morning, to 75 a sitting in the afternoon, with a good reach left in me.
This morning, it was 100 straight before I dashed out the door. 200 at lunch (125, then 75 a few minutes later), and 225 ( 100, 75, 50) just a few minutes ago. I should probably stop there on the day, but since I’ve also noticed an improvement in my sleep patterns (among other things), this here cheap and easy toning method must continue.
Plus, Freaking ICE CREAM. In my home. For me.
And I’m holding it to “acceptable” serving sizes. instead of the giant, 1/2 container bowls I used to serve to myself.
That might be the coolest gift of all.
t-8 days until RadCon. If this keeps up, I mat hit and maintain 1000 before then. I may do a quick cycle after the show, and see if I can maintain the regimen while on one. But it’s not a priority.
