Three Days In The Valley

Did you really think I wouldn't post a cat picture?
Why So Serious?

It’s convention time again, this time back in my old stomping grounds of Spokane, WA. I’ve been invited as a panelist, and my friends on the comittee did not lie when they said paneling would be exciting and diverse.

You can see my full schedule online (as well as perusing those of other, less me guests), and I’ve broken it down below.

What I like most about this particular lineup is that it’s not only intellectually stimulating (Just check out that Sunday morning reading!) but it leaves me plenty of time to write and socialize.

I’ll also have a double handful of books to sign and sell, so if your collection is missing something, be sure and hit me up!

Friday

2 PM (Shades): Balancing a Creative Career and a Day Job

How to keep all those balls in the air? Our panelists give practical advice.

3:30 PM (Parkside II): Crossing Genres

Every genre has its rules and expectations. How can writers cross those lines?

Saturday

12 PM (Spok Falls Ballroom, Ste C): Game Theory, Design, and Production
(Moderator)

You love to play, but have you ever thought what it takes to create that game? Our panel will go through the process with you.

Sunday

9 AM (Conference Office): Reading

THAT’S RIGHT ALL YOU HUNGOVER NERDS. I HAVE A 9 AM READING, AND IT’S GOING TO BE THE BEST HOUR OF YOUR ENTIRE NERD DAY.

10:30 AM (Spok Falls Ballroom, Ste D): Near-Death Experiences

(No description, but do you really need one?)
