Spent last night in a comfortable haze, following a surprise visit from my Brother. His family is loading onto a cruise, and he had a few hours to spend with me. Naturally, we had a little of the good rum, then a few Margaritas down at La Palma.

While the food did not agree with him, the company and booze certainly did, and we had a pleasant time of it.

Even though we watched Spock’s Brain.

It’s painful, it’s not pleasant, but sometimes, you just have to do it.

Today feels pretty good. Fruit has been acquired and consumed, shower has been taken, and I’ll be making myself a coffee beverage in a minute with the brand new beans I got from the QFC. I forgot to get V8, so I’ll be getting that later today for the other meals.

Should be interesting.

171 with a bullet today, with the dehydration and all. I expect to dip below on today’s regimen
