Easy writer

Managed to get 1000 or so words in on the day, after several days of no writing. By this time last year I was finished, but I’m not overly worried. Having already written lots and lots of words this year, I know they will come.

Today’s efforts added a scene/chapter to the outline and refocused the essential elements of the Story. v2 is a book about war, and that’s about as serious business as it gets. V1 is mainly focused on the protagonist’s inner struggles and the development of his mind. v2 explored the other aspects of his changes, while not losing any ground to his foes. v3 is the conclusion and collection of all the aspects of him and his world. Knowing how the character’s arc moves helps a lot, since I can avoid backtracking or spoiling certain things.

I could write more, but I’m prepping for a huge day of writing, writing, writing tomorrow
