take two

So, I sit here at the slowest connecting portal in the DIA. I thought it might be nice to log in real fast, check mail, and perhaps play a video game.

REJECTED!

Not only does the game I selected require an extensive patch, but the last 15 minutes (of my 20 minute session) have been spent waiting for this simple page to upload.

I’d complain, of course, but to whom?

And also, it was only $5. You get what you pay for, and it would appear that I have paid for the right to pay $5.

Okay, seriously, @$% this ^&%).

I suffered through that damn patch, the low access times, and decided now that it was complete, another session of time was cheap and affordable enough.

However, I am greeted with EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM, and indeed I have no interest in fixing it not somebody else’s time, but MINE.

Experiment = failed. In fact, I can’t get a single one of the games on this terminal to load without work, and writing/updating this entry is taxing the system enough.

I have rage. Soon, I will have coffee and water. But right now, I have the seething anger which I try so hard to contain and control.

I am aware of my flaws, and actively work to manage them. Also, removed the back end of this message. Not necessary, and far too emo. I’ll use it elsewhere, never throw words away.
